Our Task

Pre-2021 and the Covid rollercoaster U&U supplied over £2m of stock to retailers like John Lewis. Following stores closing they decided to focus their efforts online. Following that process they essentially needed to build their trade arm again from scratch in 2022 onwards and sell to as many of their existing (and new) customers as possible. 

Our task was simple. Analyse the online database, identify the retailers that sold to that customer profile. Then build a trade and D2C funnel for the brand to attract new stockists and customers alike based on their current overflow stock portfolio.

Our Solution

We built a lead funnel integrated into the back of the U&U ecommerce store. We also implemented social media advertising, email marketing and optimised the buying journey on the website with the teams developer to increase conversion rate from all marketing channels. 

This did three things.

  1. An SEO led landing page was created on their website, supported with PPC, to attract buyers looking for hand printed porcelain products made to order
  2. For anyone interested in connecting, the page offered a journey to onboard customers
  3. We built automations that helped U&U send samples and warm leads from a B2B and D2C perspective as well
