Our Task

Our initial brief from the team at the Toolbox was to assist with website development. They’d unfortunately been left high-and-dry by a previous partner and need urgent support to get the website working correctly ahead of an important event.

We were tasked for the first 12-months with implementing new features and optimising the website. We were responsible for keeping the website live and making sure it functioned to its best ability.

Following this stage, we worked with the team to develop an action plan for the following year to improve the impact of the site, and now it is optimised.

This included implementing a forum function, trainer and advocate function, affiliate function, CDP and analytics tracking, and PPC and SEO.

Our Solution

This project is still in progress, but to date we’ve done the following key things to deliver against the tasks for The Sustainability Toolbox:

Provide 24/7 website monitoring and optimisation
Provide website development for all features and optimisations
Setup customised tracking in GA4 and via APIs tieing into a Klaviyo CDP
Setup automated reporting via Google Data Studio to measure impact using Google Surveys and other features
Implement a global SEO campaign partnered with a PPC project to deliver users of interest to the platform
