With over 40 years of collective experience working in the coffee industry, Ed, Duncan and Steve started Fresh Coffee in 2012. The Fresh Coffee dream started when Ed and Steve worked for one of the largest coffee roasters in the UK as the operations and commercial directors.
Selling coffee from lands far and wide online was a new concept for coffee lovers at the time and meant they could offer customers a cheaper cost per cup than most physical shops and package their coffee in more sustainable packaging.

Fresh Coffee asked to help them do two things.
The primary aim was scaling their Ecommerce store for them to 85+ orders per day. This would 4X the revenue on the website from when we joined and dramatically increase their competitiveness on pricing due to volumes being processed.
The secondary aim was supporting their B2B retail outreach to help them stock their products in more supermarkets, individual retailers and other websites.
The entire business needed to see a 4X revenue growth in 24-months. That was our target.
